Returns
Please choose your piece thoughtfully. Each Ascended Alchemist bolo is handcrafted and one of a kind, and all sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please include photos so I can make it right!
Custom pieces are created especially for you and are final sale.
Because I work with natural crystals and stones, each piece carries its own variations in color, shape, texture and inclusions. These natural characteristics are part of what makes your piece one of a kind and are not considered defects.
Thank you for supporting independent artistry and choosing a piece made slowly, intentionally and by hand.
