1. Set Your Intention

Begin by holding your bolo in your hands. Take a deep breath in and gently set an intention for the day, for yourself or for what you are calling in. On your breath out, release what no longer serves today.

2. Adorn Your Sacred Temple

Wear your bolo where you feel drawn, near the heart for love, compassion, and connection, or near the throat for truth, expression, and authenticity.

3. Anchor Your Intention

As you set your bolo into place and close the clasp, consciously anchor your intention within it.

4. Return to the Present

When you hear the gentle chime, let the sound bring you back to the present moment and to the intention you set.
