Your bolo is made to be worn, loved and lived in. A little care will help preserve its beauty for years to come!

Your Crystal

Every crystal is a natural, one of a kind formation. Some stones, particularly raw crystals and clusters, can be delicate and may chip or break if dropped or struck against a hard surface. Handle your piece with care and be mindful of your stone while wearing and storing it.

Leather Care

Natural leather will soften and evolve with wear. When you’re not wearing your bolo, hanging it is the best way to help the leather keep its shape. If the leather becomes bent or takes on a shape while stored, it can be gently worked and reshaped with your hands.

To preserve the life of your bolo, keep it away from water and avoid wearing it while swimming, bathing or showering.

Energetic Care

Every Ascended Alchemist bolo is cleansed, cleared, blessed and charged under the full moon before it makes its way to you.

Just as you care for the physical piece, you can continue caring for its energy. Cleanse your bolo with sage or sacred smoke whenever it feels called, and place it beneath the light of the full moon to cleanse, recharge and renew its energy. There is no perfect ritual. Let your intuition guide you and make the practice your own.
