Shipping

Ready to ship pieces are carefully prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your piece on its journey to you.

At this time, Ascended Alchemist ships within the United States only.

Custom Pieces

Custom pieces take a little more time and care. An estimated timeline will be communicated when your custom order is placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and choose a secure location for delivery. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ascended Alchemist is unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

If there is an issue with your shipment while it is in transit, please reach out and I’ll help however I can.
